With a history spanning more than 260 years creating exclusive perfumes, Creed is an English brand with a great legacy behind it. Founded in 1760 by James Henry Creed as a tailor shop serving the royal families of Europe, today it is part of the portfolio of luxury houses of Kering Beauté.
Royal English Leather (1781) was the brand’s first fragrance. It was commissioned by King George III, who liked to use the brand's scented leather gloves. It wasn't until 1970 that Creed's fragrances were made available to the public, having captivated generations with scents like Millésime Impérial, Royal Mayfair, Royal Princess Oud, Vikings, Silver Mountain Water, and Aventus.
Creed is synonymous with tradition, craftsmanship, and perfection. So much so that Olivier Creed, together with his son Erwin, currently collects the best raw materials from around the world to create their fragrances at the Fontainebleau plant in Paris, following the ancestral Millésime method.
